中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎临床报告

以中西医结合方法治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎４０例４８眼，结果显示：（１）风热型、阴虚型病例角膜荧光素染色减退较快：（２）角背沉着物、角膜内皮水肿及房水混浊的消退较单用西药者快；（８）鸡蛋清溶液及白内停眼水对改善退行期早期症状效果较满意；（４）患者头发微量元素锌测定与正常人差异无显著性：（５）经一年以上追踪观察复发率为１８．８％。

Treatment of Simple Herpetic Keratitis by the Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Forty-eight eyes in 40 cases of patients with simple herpetic keratitis weretreated by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicbe. The resultsshowed that:(1)the decrease of fluorescent staining in cornea was more quicklyin the cases of wind-heat type and yin-deficiency type,(2)the reduction ofkeratitic precipitate,corneal endothelium edema and aqueous humor cloudinesswere more quickly by the combined treatment than by western medicine only;(3)the effectiveness of chicken egg white aud Baineiting for the relief ofsymptoms in the early regressive stage was quite satisfactory,(4)there was nosignificant difference of the zinc concentration of hair between the patient andthe normal subjects;(5)the recurrence rate was 18.80% in the follow-up formore than one year.
