高频超声对皮肤及皮下病变间接探测的价值

目的探讨7.5MHz普通高频超声对皮肤及皮下病变间接探测的应用价值。方法应用简易水囊加7.5MHz高频超声探头对66例皮肤及皮下病变间接超声检查,观察病变距体表位置、大小、形态及病变性质的切面显示情况。结果超声间接检查能够克服超声近场伪像,清晰或较清晰显示病变特征性声像图,明确皮肤及皮下病变性质及其来源。全部病例临床追踪与超声结果相符。结论7.5MHz高频超声间接探测之方法可作为普通高频超声直接探测的补充。

Indirect Exploration with High Frequency Ultrasound for Skin and Subcutaneous Pathological Changes

Objective To investigate indirect exploration with high frequency ultrasound for skin and subcutaneous pathological changes.Methods We indirectly explored 66 patients with skin and subcutaneous pathological changes by self-made water-bursa and 7.5 MHz high frequency ultrasound probe,and observed the position,size,configuration and character of these changes.Results Indirect exploration with 7.5 MHz high frequency ultrasound could overcome reverberation fake imaging of near field.The character and origin of pathological changes could be clearly revealed by its special imaging.All cases were confirmed to be correct by clinical following.Conclusions Indirect exploration with high frequency ultrasound for skin could be applied conveniently,practically and repeatedly,and was the supplement of direct exploration.
