| 摘 要： | 目的:总结膀胱癌肉瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:报告1例膀胱癌肉瘤,并总结分析1994年以来国内文献报告32例的临床特点。治疗以膀胱部分切除术、TURBT辅助放疗及膀胱灌注为主。结果:26例随访记录中,9例存活6个月~6年,其中3例5年以上;17例于术后2~16个月死亡,平均9.5个月。结论:膀胱癌肉瘤具有高度恶性和浸润生长的特点,预后不良。

| Abstract: | Objective:Tally up the clinical characteristics and the treatment methods of the bladder carcinosarcoma.Methods:Clinical data of 1 case of patient with bladder carcinosarcoma was reported and 32 cases reported in the literature from 1994 to 2007 were reviewed.Results:Hematuria without pain is the main symptom.The main treatments are partial cystectomy,TURBt,radiotherapy,and intravesical chemotherapy.Conclusions:The urine bladder carcinosarcoma is of high malignant. |
