蹄铁形肾并粘液腺癌的临床特征(附1例报告并文献复习)

目的:探讨原发于蹄铁形肾的粘液腺癌的临床特征。方法:报告1例原发于肾脏的蹄铁形肾并粘液腺癌患者的临床资料,经行保留肾组织的肾癌切除术,术后病理报告为粘液腺癌。结合相关文献复习对本病其组织发生、临床特点等进行讨论。结果:术后随访1年,未见肿瘤复发。结论:原发于肾盂与输尿管上皮细胞的粘液腺癌罕见,其早期诊断较困难,CT扫描和病理检查有助诊断;手术治疗有较好疗效。

Clinical feature of mucinous adenocarcinoma arising in a horseshoe kidney

Objective:To study the Clinical feature of mucinous adenocarcinoma arising in a horseshoe kidney. Methods:We reported a case of mucinous adenocarcinoma arising in a horseshoe kidney ,A brief review of relevant literature was also presented. Results:Pathological report was mucinous adenocarcinoma, after 12 months fellow-up,it did not recured.Conclusions:Mucinous adenocarcinoma is a rare primary epithelial tumor of the renal pelvis and ureter, arising in a horseshoe kidney is more rare.A total of 95 cases mucinous adenocarcinomal had been reported up to 2002.And have never been reported in china. It's early diagnosis is difficult and CT scan and pathological exammination may be helpful active operation has good therapeutic effect.
