| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺偶发瘤的临床应用及疗效。方法:采用后腹腔镜手术切除肾上腺偶发瘤13例。结果:平均手术时间135min,平均出血量67ml,术后下床时间平均2天。术后恢复良好,平均6天出院,无严重并发症发生。结论:后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺偶发瘤是一种安全、有效的术式,具有手术创伤小、并发症少及患者恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical application and efectivene of retroperitoneal laparosco-pic surgery in Treating adrenal incidentalomas.Methods:Thirteen cases of adrenal incidentalomas were resected by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.Results:The average operation time is 135 min,and the average amount of hemorrhage is 67 ml, The patients stayed in bed only for 2 days, and discharged 6 days after operation.There was no severe complication.Conclusions:The retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection can provide less trauma and less complication, so it is an effective and safe microinvasive surgery for the adrenal incidentalomas. |
