人工流产术后放置宫内节育器其脱落与宫腔内压的关系分析

摘    要:目的研究人工流产术后放置宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)脱落与宫腔内压(intrauterine pressure,IUP)变化的关系。方法对122例要求人工流产术后即时放置TCu380A型IUD的已婚已育妇女利用压力测量仪测量IUD置入前后的IUP水平,并做结果分析。结果所有受试者经1、3、6、12月4次随访,12例在随访期间发现脱落。IUP上升组87例,其中11例脱落,脱落率为12.6%。IUP下降组35例,其中1例脱落,脱落率为2.9%。结论推测放置IUD后IUP显著增高是影响IUD脱落的主要因素之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the expulsion of intrauterine contraceptive device(IUD) inserted immediately after induced abortion and the change of intrauterine pressure(IUP).Methods Totally 122 eligible women were inserted IUD after vacuum aspiration for induced abortion immediately and the IUP was measured by pressure measuring instrument before and after IUD inserted.The clinical data was compared and analysed.Results The results showed expulsion of IUD were 12 cases among all cases followed at up at the 1st,3rd,6th,12th month.The expulsion rate was 12.6%(11 cases) in ascending IUP group with 87 cases.While the expulsion rate was 2.9%(1 case) in descending IUP group with 35 cases.Conclusion IUP heightened significantly was one of the important factors that affected IUD expulsion after IUD inserted.
