| 摘 要： | 目的 觀察Ⅱ型糖尿病性視網膜病變患者血漿内皮素(ET)的變化及患者自身某些因素舆ET的相關性。方法 用放射免疫法检测Ⅱ型糖尿病患者及健康封照组血漿ET水平,并舆自身某些因素進行相關性分析。结果 糖尿病(DM)患者血漿ET含量高于封照组,两者有顯著性差异(P<0.01),ET随DM的發生,糖尿病視網膜病變(DR)的出现及加重漸次升高,且舆血糖、糖化血缸蛋白、收缩壓、舒张壓呈正相關。结论 血漿ET参舆DR的發生、發展,ET可能是糖尿病微血管病變的一個標志物,故臨床检测ET值对判断病情、指導治療、估计预后均有一定意義。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe endothelin (ET) level in plasma of patients with non - insulin - dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and its correlations with some patient - self factors. Methods By radioimmunoassay, ET levels in plasma of patients with NIDDM and of healthy controb were measured and analyzed their possible correlations with some self factors weve analyzed. Results We found that ET level was significantly increased in plasma of patients with NIDDM as compared to that in the controb (P < 0.01); ET levels were gradually elevated as DM and diabetic retinopathy (DR) developed. They also positively correlated with blood glucose, hemoglobin Aic(HbAlc) and blood pressure . Conclusion ET participates in development of DR and might be anindicator of DR, guiding treatment and assessing prognosis. |
