| 摘 要： | 目的：为选择康新妇宝颗粒剂的最佳质量而进行的研究。方法：本实验采用薄层色谱法对康新妇宝颗粒剂中的金银花、黄苓、赤芍、延胡索、川芎进行定性鉴别，并采用高效液相色谱法对该制剂中的绿原酸含量进行测定。结果：经过实验测定，计算平均回收率为97．69％，RSD为1．89％(n=6)。结论：该方法简便，专属性及重现性好，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Object:To select the best quality of kangxin Fubao Granules,We conducted this study.Method:In this experiment,We conducted qualitative identification for honeysuckle flow- er,scutellaria root,red peony root,corydalis tuber,chuangxiong rhizome in Kangxin Fubao Gran- ules by TLC;and determined the chlorogenic acid content in this preparation by HPLC.Results: Through experimental determination,Calculated average recovery rate at 97.69%.RSD at 1.89% (n=6).Conclusion:It is a simple and convenient method with good specificity and repeatability.It is well worth spreading. |
