鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎126例临床疗效分析

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效并分析其与临床分型分期的关系。方法对我科2006年1月-2008年1月收治的符合慢性鼻窦炎诊断标准，并有手术指征的126例患者常规术前用药，行鼻内镜手术，术后定期随访观察疗效。结果按照ESS-97海口疗效评定标准，126例中治愈82例（65．1％），好转24例（18．8％），无效20例（16．1％）。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法，其疗效与临床分型分期有密切关系.

Clinical analysis in 126 cases of chronic sinusitis treated by endoscopic sinusttis surgery

Objective To discuss the response of chronic sinusitis treated by endoscopic sinusitis surgery and the relationship between response and different clinical types.Methods 126 patients with chronic sinusitis were treated and they fit for the standard of the diagnosis before surgery and then they were treated by endoscopic surgery, the clinical effect was observed.Results According to ESS-97 diagnose standard,82 cases were cured (65.1%) and 24 cases were improved(18.8%),20 cases had no effect(16.1%).Conclusion endoscopic sinusitis surgery was an effective method of curing chronic sinusitis, and the effect was relative to the clinical types.
