ChemFil玻璃离子材料修复乳牙龋齿的临床观察

摘    要:目的评价ChemFil玻璃离子材料修复乳牙龋齿的临床疗效及实用性。方法使用3M光固化、ChemFil、增强型3种玻璃离子材料进行修复,选择263名儿童患乳牙龋齿共387颗,并于治疗后1.5~2年进行随访复查。从边缘密合度、表面磨耗情况、继发龋发生方面来观察疗效。并进行统计学分析。结果在边缘密合度和表面磨耗情况方面,3M光固化和ChemFil玻璃离子优于增强型玻璃离子(P〈0.05);在继发龋发生方面,三者之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论ChemFil玻璃离子材料为临床上修复乳牙龋齿有效实用的方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clieial effect and feasibilities of the restorative of the garious deciduous teeth with the ChemFil glass ionomer material. Methods 387 teeth from 263 carious deciduous teeth children are selected, three different materials which included 3M light cure,ChemFil and enhanced galss ionomer were used. All patients have been rechecked after the one and half year or two years.The statistical analysis of the curative effective are based on the marginal adaptation,surface abrasion and second caries. Results 3M light cure and ChemFil glass ionomer are better than enhanced glass ionomer in the marginal adaptation and surface abrasion(P〈0.05),while there is no significant difference in the second caries between the three methods.Conclusion The ChemFil glass ionomer is the most effective and practical method in the clinical repariring of the carious deciduous teeth.
