综合护理在乳腺癌护理中的应用分析

目的 了解综合护理在乳腺癌护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年8月～2018年1月乳腺癌患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组30例,对照组给予乳腺癌常规护理,观察组开展综合护理模式。比较两组满意度;患者对于乳腺癌疾病知识的了解程度、住院时间;护理前后焦虑SAS量表情绪症状积分;术后患肢水肿发生率。结果 观察组满意度100%高于对照组满意度70%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。护理后观察组焦虑SAS量表情绪症状积分(24.45±1.21)分优于对照组(42.01±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者对于乳腺癌疾病知识的了解程度、住院时间(94.68±2.96)分、(14.31±1.41)d优于对照组(87.45±2.60)分、(19.14±2.67)d,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组术后患肢水肿发生率为3.33%低于对照组26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者实施综合护理模式效果确切,可提高患者对乳腺癌的认知,减少术后患肢水肿发生率,提高患者满意度,减轻患者的心理障碍。

Application analysis of comprehensive nursing in breast cancer nursing

Objective To understand the effect of comprehensive nursing in breast cancer nursing.Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer from August 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine breast cancer nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing model.The satisfaction,patients'' knowledge of breast cancer disease and length of hospitalization,emotional symptom score of anxiety SAS scale before and after nursing,incidence of edema in the affected limb after surgery between two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,higher than that of the control group(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional symptom score of anxiety SAS scale(24.45±1.21)in the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group(42.01±3.21),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'' knowledge of breast cancer disease(94.68±2.96 points) and length of hospitalization(14.31±1.41d) was better than(87.45±2.60points) and(19.14±2.67d) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative edema of the affected limbs in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than that of the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode for breast cancer patients has definite effect,which can improve patients'' knowledge of breast cancer,reduce the incidence of postoperative edema of affected limbs,improve patient satisfaction,and reduce psychological barriers.
