优质护理在原发性翼状胬肉术后干眼中的应用研究

目的 探讨优质护理对原发性翼状胬肉患者术后干眼的影响。方法 选取我院2018年1～12月治疗的70例原发性翼状胬肉术后干眼患者作为研究对象,其中1～6月收集的35例为对照组,7～12月收集的35例为观察组。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理措施,比较两组患者出院时的焦虑和抑郁评分、护理满意度及治疗1周后干眼自觉症状改善情况。结果 观察组患者出院时焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(45.78±5.36)分和(46.36±5.48)分,对照组出院时焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(50.11±5.14)分和(51.69±5.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的65.72%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗1周后干眼自觉症状改善总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 对原发性翼状胬肉术后干眼患者采取优质护理模式进行护理干预,能显著改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,有效提高护理满意度,改善干眼症状。

Study on application of quality nursing in dry eye after the surgery of primary pterygium

Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on postoperative dry eye in the patients with primary pterygium.Methods A retrospective study was carried out.70 patients with dry eye after the surgery of primary pterygium in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.Among them,35 cases were admitted from January to June(control group) and another 35 cases were admitted from July to December (observation group).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given quality nursing care measures.The anxiety and depression scores at the time of discharge,nursing satisfaction,and improvement of subjective dry eye symptom after one week of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group upon discharge were(45.78±5.36) points and(46.36±5.48) points,respectively.The anxiety and depression scores in the control group upon discharge were (50.11±5.14) points and (51.69±5.53) points,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that of the control group(65.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total effective rate of subjective dry eye symptom improvement in the observation group was 97.14% one week after treatment,which was higher than that in the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing mode for nursing intervention in the patients with dry eyes after the surgery of primary pterygium can significantly improve patients'' anxiety and depression,effectively improve nursing satisfaction and improve dry eye symptoms.
