乳腔镜辅助吸脂腺体切除术在治疗男性乳房发育症中的价值研究

目的探讨乳腔镜辅助吸脂皮下腺体切除术在男性乳房发育症治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6～12月间19例诊断为男性乳房发育症患者,其中9例行乳腔镜下辅助吸脂皮下腺体切除术,10例行开放皮下腺体切除手术。综合术中及术后多项指标比较两者的治疗效果。结果乳腔镜辅助吸脂皮下腺体切除术患者的术后疼痛、拔管时间、切口长度、积液发生率等各项指标均明显优于开放手术组,手术耗时无统计学差异,术中出血量较开放手术稍多。结论乳腔镜下辅助吸脂皮下腺体切除术对男性乳房发育症患者安全有效,术后恢复快、遗留瘢痕小,治疗效果明显优于传统开放手术方式。

Value of mammoscopy-assisted liposuction and glandectomy in the treatment of gyne Comastia

Objective To explore the value of mammoscopy-assisted liposuction and glandectomy in the treatment of male breast development.Methods Nineteen patients with gynecomastia were diagnosed from June to December 2018,9 of whom were given mammoscopic assisted liposuction subcutaneous glandectomy and 10 were given open subcutaneous gland resection.The intraoperative and postoperative multiple indicators were used to analyze and compare the therapeutic effects of the two methods.Results Postoperative pain,extubation time,length of incision,and incidence of effusion in patients undergoing mammoscopy-assisted liposuction and glandectomy were significantly better than those in the open surgery group.There was no statistical difference in operation time.The amount of bleeding in the mammoscopy-assisted liposuction and glandectomy group was slightly more than that of the open surgery.Conclusion Mammoscopy-assisted liposuction and glandectomy is effective and safe in the treatment of gyne Comastia,and the patients recover fast after surgery,with small incision,and the treatment effect is significantly better than that of the open surgery.
