参苓白术散治疗肺结核的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

目的探讨参苓白术散治疗肺结核的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的肺结核患者100例,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予2HRZE/4HR抗结核化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合参苓白术散进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+及免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗后CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8+值分别为(0.43±0.12)%、(0.28±0.08)%、(1.43±0.53),与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+值分别为(0.49±0.11)%、(0.21±0.07)%、(1.65±0.48),与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM水平分别为(3.22±0.41)g/L、(12.13±2.25)g/L、(1.12±0.32)g/L,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM水平分别为(3.61±0.64)g/L、(14.75±2.34)g/L、(1.27±0.20)g/L,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论参苓白术散治疗肺结核疗效确切,可缓解临床症状,显著提高患者的免疫功能,值得在临床推广应用。

Effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on pulmonary tuberculosis and its influence on immune function

Objective To discuss the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on pulmonary tuberculosis and its influence on immune function.Methods 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50).The control group was given 2HRZE/4HR anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ before and after treatment and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The values of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+after treatment in the control group were(0.43±0.12)%,(0.28±0.08)%,and (1.43±0.53) respectively,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The values of CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment in the observation group were(0.49±0.11)%,(0.21±0.07)%,and (1.65±0.48) respectively,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the control group after treatment were(3.22±0.41)g/L,(12.13±2.25)g/L,and(1.12±0.32)g/L respectively,which were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The IgA,IgG,and IgM levels in the observation group after treatment were(3.61±0.64)g/L,(14.75±2.34)g/L,and(1.27±0.20)g/L respectively,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shenling Baizhu powder is effective in treating pulmonary tuberculosis,which can alleviate clinical symptoms and significantly improve the immune function of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
