基于质谱的代谢组学在病毒性疾病相关研究中的应用
摘    要:随着代谢组学及其相关技术的发展,关于代谢组学研究的范围愈发广泛,同时关于病毒性疾病代谢组学相关研究愈发兴起。一些学者应用质谱技术研究HIV、慢性肝炎和病毒性肺炎等病毒性疾病的代谢组学时发现机体产生一些特异性代谢产物,这些代谢产物对疾病的发生、发展起到预判和疗效监测作用,可为疾病研究提供新的思路。本文现就质谱在HIV、慢性肝炎、人乳头瘤病毒和病毒性肺炎代谢组学研究中的应用进行综述。

Application of mass spectrometry-based metabolomics in the study of viral diseases
Abstract:With the development of metabolomics and related technologies,the scope of metabolomics research has become wider,and at the same time,related research on metabolomics of viral diseases has become more and more popular.Some scholars have applied mass spectrometry to study the metabolomics of viral diseases such as HIV,chronic hepatitis,and viral pneumonia,and found that the body produces some specific metabolites.These metabolites play a role in predicting the occurrence and development of the disease and monitoring the efficacy,providing new ideas for disease research.This paper reviews the applications of mass spectrometry in metabolomics studies of HIV,chronic hepatitis,human papilloma virus,and viral pneumonia.
