浅表部位皮样囊肿临床及超声特征分析

目的探讨浅表部位皮样囊肿临床及超声特征。方法回顾性分析98例经手术病理证实的浅表部位皮样囊肿临床及超声表现。结果98例浅表部位皮样囊肿患者,男49例(50%),女49例(50%),平均年龄(10.30±14.11)岁,单发96例(97.96%),多发2例(2.04%),位于眶周及头颈部中线区74例(75.51%)。二维超声:98个肿物均表现为皮下结节,最大径3~52mm,平均(15.68±8.09)mm,边界清楚95个(96.94%),形态规则88个(89.80%),内部回声均匀74个(75.51%),回声不均匀24个(24.49%),后方回声增强37个(37.76%),深面骨质凹陷18个(18.37%)。CDFI:0级92个(93.88%),Ⅰ级4个(4.08%),Ⅱ级1个(1.02%),Ⅲ级1个(1.02%)。结论浅表部位皮样囊肿具有一定的临床、超声特征,掌握其特点并与相关疾病鉴别,有助于提高超声诊断率。

Analysis of Clinical and Ultrasonographic Features of Dermoid Cysts in Superficial Areas

Objective To investigate the clinical and ultrasonographic features of dermoid cysts in superficial areas.Methods The clinical and ultrasonographic manifestations of dermoid cysts in superficial areas confirmed by operation and pathology in 98 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results Ninety-eight patients with dermoid cyst in superficial part were 49 males(50%)and 49 females(50%).The average age was(10.30±14.11)years old,96 single cases(97.96%)and 2 multiple cases(2.04%).74 cases(75.51%)were located in periorbital and middle line of head and neck.Two-dimensional ultrasound:98 tumors showed subcutaneous nodules with a maximum diameter of 3-52 mm,an average of(15.68±8.09)mm,clear margins of 95(96.94%),regular morphology of 88(89.80%),uniform internal echoes of 74(75.51%),non-uniform echoes of 24(24.49%),enhanced posterior echoes of 37(37.76%)and deep bone depressions of 18(18.37%).CDFI:92(93.88%)in grade 0,4(4.08%)in gradeⅠ,1(1.02%)in gradeⅡand 1(1.02%)in gradeⅢ.Conclusions Dermoid cyst in superficial area has certain clinical and ultrasonographic features,and it is helpful to improve the diagnostic rate of ultrasonography by mastering its characteristics and differentiating it from related diseases.
