江西省某市三甲综合医院白内障术后出院患者满意度分析

目的 通过对白内障术后出院患者的满意度调查分析,探讨影响满意度的相关因素,为提升眼科医疗服务管理提供参考依据。方法 采用问卷调查方式,对江西省抚州市某三甲综合医院眼科2018年10月～2019年10月间的白内障术后出院患者进行有关医疗质量、就医环境、医患沟通、医疗费用、医德医风、效果评价6个维度及其所包含的20个项目的问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析方法等对不同数据类型进行统计对比分析,得出各维度及其所含项目的满意度结果,并找出其相关的影响因素。结果 872例出院患者6个维度的满意度评价中,医疗质量满意率和满意度较高,分别为99.08%和(4.96±0.14)分,医疗费用和就医环境两项的得分较低。年龄、文化程度、付费方式均与患者术后满意度因素有关。结论 白内障术后出院患者满意度与多种因素相关,要注重患者术后视觉质量的提高,改善医院住院环境及膳食服务,降低患者医疗费用,提高新农合患者的报销比例,这些方面将有效提高患者的满意度。

Satisfaction analysis of discharged patients after cataract surgery from a top three general hospital in a city of Jiangxi Province

Objective To investigate and analyze the satisfaction of patients discharged after cataract surgery,to explore related factors that affect satisfaction,and to provide a reference for improving the management of ophthalmic medical services.Methods Using questionnaire surveys,we conducted a questionnaire survey including 6 dimensions of relevant medical quality,medical environment,doctor-patient communication,medical expenses,medical ethics,and effect evaluation and the 20 items for patients who were discharged from cataract surgery in an ophthalmology department of a top three general hospital in Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province from October 2018 to October 2019.Software such as spss and multiple linear regression analysis methods was used to conduct statistical comparison analysis of different data types to obtain the satisfaction of each dimension and the items it contained.Its related influencing factors were found out.Results In the satisfaction evaluation of six dimensions of 872 discharged patients,the medical quality satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree were higher [(99.08%) and(4.96±0.14),respectively],and the medical cost and medical environment score were lower.Age,education,and payment methods were all related to the patient''s postoperative satisfaction factors.Conclusion Satisfaction of discharged patients after cataract surgery is related to various factors.It is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of postoperative visual quality,improve hospital hospitalization environment and dietary services,reduce patient medical expenses,and increase the reimbursement rate of NCMS patients.These aspects will effectively improve patient satisfaction.
