无乳糖饮食对小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎的疗效研究

摘    要:目的探讨无乳糖饮食对小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎的疗效。方法选取2017年6月-2019年2月我院收治的80例小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎患儿作为研究对象。按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予消旋卡多曲治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用无乳糖饮食治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻、发热和呕吐症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH和a-HBDH水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清ALT水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无乳糖饮食对小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the Effect of Lactose Free Diet on Rotavirus Infection Enteritis among Children
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of lactose free diet on rotavirus infection enteritis among children. METHODS From June2017 to February 2019, 80 cases of rotavirus enteritis in children were selected as the study object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases each. The control group was treated with racecadotril and the observation group was treated with lactose free diet on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of the two groups were compared. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The disappearance time of diarrhea, fever and vomiting in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The levels of AST, CK, CK-MB, LDH and a-hbdh in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The serum ALT level of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than he control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Lactose free diet had a significant effect on rotavirus enteritis in children, which was worthy of clinical application.
