专科流程化护理措施对口腔种植患者的种植效果及预后的影响

目的 研究专科流程化护理措施对口腔种植患者的种植效果及对患者预后的影响,为临床护理提供指导。方法 选择我院2015年8月～2019年8月接诊的60例口腔种植患者进行研究。根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组术后采取常规护理,观察组术后在对照组的基础上进行专科流程化护理。比较两组护理后的种植效果,护理前后的咀嚼、语言和固定功能评分,并评估患者的预后情况。结果 观察组患者的种植总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。护理后,观察组咀嚼、语言和固定功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组牙齿疼痛、牙龈出血及种植体脱落的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 专科流程化护理措施能够提高口腔种植患者的种植效果,改善预后,值得临床应用及推广。

Effect of specialized process nursing measures on the implantation effect and prognosis of patients with oral implants

Objective To study the effect of specialized process nursing measures on the implantation effect and prognosis of patients with oral implants,and to provide guidance for clinical nursing.Methods Sixty patients with oral implants who were admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2019 were selected for study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,each group had 30 cases.The control group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group underwent specialized process nursing on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The implanting effect after nursing,and the score of chewing,language and fixed function before and after the nursing between the two groups was compared.And the prognosis of the patients was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the chewing,language and fixed function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of tooth pain,gingival bleeding and implant shedding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized process nursing measures can improve the implantation effect and improve the prognosis of patients with oral implants,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
