阑尾炎患者围术期应用舒适护理的作用分析

目的 探讨阑尾炎患者围术期应用舒适护理的作用。方法 选择2017年1月～2018年9月于我院行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的90例阑尾炎患者进行前瞻性研究,随机分为两组,每组各45例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较术后疼痛、舒适度、不良情绪、睡眠质量等评分,并比较两组的护理满意度。结果 (1)观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,术后舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)护理后两组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分与护理前相比均降低,观察组的SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(3)观察组护理总满意率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 舒适护理干预可切实减轻阑尾炎手术患者术后疼痛,提高其舒适度,有利于减轻患者不良情绪和睡眠障碍,使患者对围手术期护理服务更加满意。

Analysis of the effect of comfort nursing on patients with appendicitis during perioperative period

Objective To explore the role of comfort nursing in patients with appendicitis during perioperative period.Methods Ninety appendicitis patients treated with laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were studied prospectively. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing. The scores of postoperative pain, comfort, bad mood and sleep quality, and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results(1)Compared with that of the control group, the postoperative pain score was lower in the observation group, and the postoperative comfort score was higher(P<0.05). (2)After nursing, the SAS, SDS, PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, while the SAS, SDS, PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). (3)The total satisfaction rate of nursing was 95.56% in the observation group, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of appendicitis patients, improve their comfort, help reduce the patients'' bad mood and sleep disorders, and make patients more satisfied with the perioperative nursing services.
