支气管哮喘患者血清TSLP、C3a和MMP-9水平测定及临床价值探讨

目的 探讨血清胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)、补体3a (C3a)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在支气管哮喘患者临床诊治中的价值。方法 选择2017年2～12月在我院就诊的支气管哮喘患者81例作为研究对象,另选取我院健康体检者50例作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测支气管哮喘组与健康对照组的血清TSLP、C3a和MMP-9的浓度水平,并采用德国PowerCube肺功能仪测定两组的PEF、FEVl及FEV1/FVC水平。比较支气管哮喘组与健康对照组TSLP、C3a和MMP-9的水平差异,并对支气管哮喘组TSLP、C3a和MMP-9水平与其肺功能的相关性进行分析。结果 支气管哮喘组血清TSLP、C3a和MMP-9水平均高于健康对照组(P0.001);支气管哮喘组PEF、FEV1及FEV1/FVC水平均低于健康对照组(P0.001);SPSS Pearson相关性分析表明,支气管哮喘患者血清TSLP、C3a和MMP-9水平与其PEF、FEVl及FEV1/FVC水平呈负相关性(P0.01)。结论 支气管哮喘患者血清TSLP、C3a和MMP-9的水平升高,且与患者肺功能具有一定的负相关性。该三项指标共同参与支气管哮喘的气道炎症与重塑的过程,联合检测该三项指标对判断支气管哮喘患者的病情严重程度和预后、辅助诊断和治疗具有重要临床价值。

The detection and clinical siginificance of the serum TSLP,C3a and MMP-9 levels in patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To explore and analyze the value of serum thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP),complement 3a(C3a) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 81 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of research,and another 50 healthy people who had checkup in our hospital were selected as the control group.The concentration levels of serum TSLP,C3a and MMP-9 in the bronchial asthma group and the healthy control group were detected through the ELISA method,and the levels of PEF,FEVl and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were measured through German PowerCube pulmonary function instrument.The levels of TSLP,C3a and MMP-9 in the bronchial asthma group and the healthy control group were compared,and the correlation between the levels of TSLP,C3a and MMP-9 and the lung function in the bronchial asthma group was analyzed.Results Serum TSLP,C3a and MMP-9 levels in the bronchial asthma group were all higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.001).The levels of PEF,FEVl and FEV1/FVC in the bronchial asthma group were all lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.001).SPSS Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum TSLP,C3a and MMP-9 levels in the patients with bronchial asthma were negatively correlated with the PEF,FEVl and FEV1/FVC levels(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum TSLP,C3a and MMP-9 in the patients with bronchial asthma increase and have a negative correlation with the lung function of the patients.The three indexes jointly participate in the process of airway inflammation and remodeling of bronchial asthma,and joint detection of the three indexes has important clinical value for judging the severity and prognosis of bronchial asthma,assisting diagnosis and treatment for the patients.
