运动康复护理对冠心病PCI术后患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨运动康复对冠心病PCI术后患者康复期生活质量的影响。方法 选取我科2018年1～6月收治的30例被确诊为冠心病并行PCI术患者作为研究对象,按照随机自愿的原则分为对照组及观察组,每组各15例。两组患者都是经过经医生筛选评定为出院后适宜进行运动康复训练,观察组患者愿意主动进行康复运动。对照组给予常规PCI术后治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上给予院内、院外康复运动干预和随访,比较两组生活质量、心功能情况。结果 观察组患者的西雅图量表(SAQ)的各项评分、心功能情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 运动康复对冠心病PCI术后康复期患者作用明显,可提高患者的生活质量,改善心功能,值得推广。

Effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

Objective To investigate the effect of exercise rehabilitation on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods A total of 30 patients with coronary artery disease who underwent PCI from January to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the random and voluntary principle,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 15 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were assessed to be suitable for exercise rehabilitation after discharge by the doctor.The observation group was willing to take the initiative to carry out rehabilitation exercises.The control group received routine PCI postoperative treatment and nursing.On the basis of this,the observation group was given in-hospital and out-of-hospital rehabilitation exercise intervention and follow-up.The quality of life and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The scores and cardiac function of the seattle scale(SAQ) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.It improves the quality of life and cardiac function,and is worthy of promotion.
