后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床效果

目的 探讨肾肿瘤患者采取后腹腔镜肾部分切除手术治疗的效果。方法 选择2013年10月～2018年10月我院收治的肾肿瘤患者86例,根据入院时间先后分为观察组与对照组,对照组采取传统经腹腔行肾部分切除手术治疗,观察组采取后腹腔镜肾部分切除手术治疗,记录并分析两组患者临床相关指标差异,计算两组患者术后发生并发症的发生率。结果 两组患者手术用时较为接近,无统计学意义(P0.05),观察组患者术中热缺血时间(19.01±2.12)min,术后肠道功能恢复用时(1.88±0.34)d、患者住院总时间(7.12±0.55)d均明显短于对照组,且术中出血量(111.27±9.48)mL相较对照组更少(P0.05)。观察组患者术后发生并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异存在明显统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 肾肿瘤患者采取后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗效果显著,具有用时短、术中出血量少、患者术后恢复快、并发症少等优势,提倡临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumors

Objective To explore the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumor patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with renal tumor at our hospital were enrolled in the study from October 2013 to October 2018.According to the order of admission,they were divided into t the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with traditional partial nephrectomy via abdominal cavity,and the observation group was treated with nephrectomy via retroperitoneal cavity.The differences of clinical indicators were recorded and analyzed between the two groups.The complications rate was calculated.Results The operation time of the two groups was similar,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The warm ischemia time in the observation group was(19.01±2.12)min,and the recovery time of intestinal function(1.88±0.34)d,the total hospitalization time(7.12±0.55)d,and the bleeding amount in the operation(111.27±9.48)mL in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total probability of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is effective in the treatment of renal tumor.It has the advantages of time saving,less intraoperative bleeding,quick recovery and less complications.It is worthy of promotion and application.
