超声心动图Tei指数在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿心脏功能评价中的应用

目的探讨超声心动图Tei指数在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇胎儿心脏功能评价中的应用价值。方法选取在本院住院分娩的120例GDM孕妇和120例健康妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,分别为观察组和对照组。对两组胎儿进行超声心动图检查,对比两组胎儿的心功能检测结果。结果观察组与对照组胎儿的LVDd、LVDs、RVDd、RVDs水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组胎儿的IVSs、IVSd、LVWTd、LVWTs、RVWTd、RVWTs水平明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组胎儿的LVEF、LVFS、RVFS水平均显著高于对照组,E/AMV、E/ATV水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胎儿的左室Tei指数、右室Tei指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论GDM孕妇胎儿普遍存在心脏结构及功能受损,超声心动图Tei指数能够较为准确地评估胎儿心室功能受损情况,从而为临床早期诊断胎儿心功能受损提供可靠依据。

Application of Echocardiographic Tei Index in Evaluation of Fetal Cardiac Function in Pregnant Women With Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the value of Tei index of echocardiography in evaluating fetal cardiac function in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 120 GDM pregnant women and 120 healthy pregnant women who delivered in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were included in the observation group and the control group respectively.Two groups of fetuses were examined by echocardiography,and the results of fetal cardiac function test were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of IVSs,LVDs,RVDd and RVDs between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of IVSs,IVSd,LVWTd,LVWTs,RVWTd and RVWTs in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The levels of LVF,LVFS and RVFS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of E/AMV and E/ATV in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular Tei index and right ventricular Tei index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cardiac structural and functional impairment is common in pregnant women with GDM.Echocardiographic Tei index can accurately assess fetal ventricular function impairment,thus providing a reliable basis for early clinical diagnosis of fetal cardiac function impairment.
