集束化措施对肝癌术后恢复及疼痛的影响

目的探讨集束化措施对肝癌术后恢复及疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年8月～2019年4月间在本院行手术治疗的119例肝癌患者,其中62例患者接受集束化措施(观察组),其余57例患者接受常规治疗措施(对照组)。比较两组患者术后并发症、术后疼痛、肠功能恢复时间、排便时间、进食半流质时间。结果观察组肠功能恢复时间、排便时间、进食半流质时间均较对照组明显缩短(P0.05)。观察组术后12、24、48 h的疼痛VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组尿潴留的发生率(1.61%)明显低于对照组(14.04%)。结论集束化措施能显著促进肝癌患者术后恢复,降低尿潴留发生率,减轻术后疼痛。

Effect of clustering measures on postoperative recovery and pain of liver cancer

Objective To explore the effect of clustering measures on postoperative recovery and pain of liver cancer.Methods A total of 119 patients with liver cancer underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2017 to April 2019 were selected,of which 62 patients received clustering measures (observation group),and the remaining 57 patients received coventional treatment measures (control group).Postoperative complications,postoperative pain,recovery time of bowel function,defecation time,and semi-liquid eating time were compared between the two groups.Results Intestinal function recovery time,bowel movement time,and semi-fluid eating time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The pain VAS score in the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention(1.61%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.04%).Conclusion Clustering measures can significantly promote the postoperative recovery of liver cancer patients,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,and reduce postoperative pain.
