妊娠中期唐氏筛查血清标记物与妊娠结局的相关性

目的分析妊娠中期唐氏筛查血清标记物与妊娠结局的相关性。方法回顾性分析1486例妊娠中期唐氏筛查孕妇资料,收集β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、游离雌三醇(u E3)、抑制素A(INHA)MOM值,分析MOM值与不良妊娠结局的相关性。结果1486例孕妇中,不良妊娠结局276例。正常妊娠结局组和不良妊娠结局组孕妇血清β-h CG、INHA校正MOM值中位数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常妊娠结局组和不良妊娠结局组孕妇血清β-h CG、INHA的MOM值异常升高及两项异常发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠中期唐氏筛查血清标志物MOM值异常与不良妊娠结局有相关性,可作为不良妊娠结局的预测信号,对高危人群进行个体化的孕期指导。

Correlations between serum markers and pregnancy outcome in Down's screening during the second trimester of pregnancy

Objective To analyze the correlations between serum markers and pregnancy outcome in Down’s screening during the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods The data of 1 486 pregnant women receiving Down’s screening during the second trimester of pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively,MOM values of β-human chorionic gonadotropin( β-h CG),alpha fetoprotein( AFP),uncojugated estriol( u E3),and inhibin A( INHA) were collected,the correlations between MOM values of serum markers and pregnancy outcome were analyzed. Results Among 1 486 pregnant women,276 pregnant women were found with adverse pregnancy outcomes. There were statistically significant differences in medians of corrected MOM values of serum β-h CG and INHA between normal pregnancy outcome group and abnormal pregnancy outcome group( P<0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of abnormal increase of MOM values and abnormalities of two markers between normal pregnancy outcome group and abnormal pregnancy outcome group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Abnormal MOM values of serum markers in Down’s screening during the second trimester of pregnancy are correlated with adverse pregnancy outcomes,which can be used as signals for predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes and conduct individualized guidance during pregnancy among high-risk population.
