急诊呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭对患者血压及心率的改善

目的 探讨急诊呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭对患者血压及心率的改善效果。方法 选取2019年1～12月本院接受治疗的120例重症急性左心心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。基于随机数字表法,分为对照与观察两组,每组60例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施急诊呼吸机治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压、心率改善情况及临床治疗有效率。结果 治疗前,两组血压和心率水平对比未呈现明显差异性(P0.05);治疗后,两组心率和血压水平均有所改善,但观察组相较于对照组改善幅度具显著优越性(P0.05);且观察组治疗有效率(91.67%)相较于对照组(73.33%)呈明显优越性,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 重症急性左心心力衰竭患者实施急诊呼吸机治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者的心率情况,维持血压水平,提高患者治疗有效率。

Improvement of blood pressure and heart rate in patients with severe acute left heart failure treated by emergency ventilator

Objective To investigate the improvement of blood pressure and heart rate in patients with severe acute left heart failure treated by emergency ventilator.Methods 120 patients with severe acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=60) and the observation group (n=60).The control group was given routine treatment while the observation group was given emergency ventilator treatment.The improvement of blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment and the efficacy rate of clinical treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and blood pressure level of the two groups were improved,but the improvement range of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group (P<0.05).Moreover,the efficacy rate of the observation group was 91.67%,significantly superior to that of the control group(73.33%),and the comparison results of various data were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency ventilator treatment for patients with severe acute left heart failure has significant efficacy,which can effectively improve the heart rate of patients,maintain blood pressure level and increase the treatment efficiency of patients.
