延续性护理对乳腺癌患者术后癌性疲乏及生活质量改善的作用

目的 探讨延续性护理对乳腺癌患者术后癌性疲乏及生活质量的改善作用。方法 选择2017年1月～2019年12月我院收治的乳腺癌患者103例,均采用手术治疗,随机分为两组,对照组52例给予常规出院指导,研究组51例在对照组的基础上给予延续性护理,比较两组术后癌性疲乏评分及生活质量评分。结果 干预后不同时间研究组术后癌性疲乏得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。干预后研究组躯体状况、社会和家庭状况、功能状况、情感状况、乳腺癌特异模块及生活质量总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 延续性护理可有效改善乳腺癌患者术后癌性疲乏,提高患者的生活质量,临床价值较高。

Efficacy of continuous nursing on cancer-related fatigue and life quality improvement of breast cancer patients after operation

Objective To investigate the efficacy of continuous nursing on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and life quality improvement of breast cancer patients after operation.Methods A total of 103 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were all treated with surgery.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=52) and the study group(n=51).The control group was given routine discharge guidance,while the study group was given continuous nursing based on what was given to the control group.The CRF score and life quality score after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The CRF score in the study group was lower than that in the control group at different times after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of physical status,social and family status,functional status,emotional status,breast cancer specific modules and life quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve postoperative CRF of breast cancer patients,increase their life quality,which is of great clinical value.
