综合护理在眼科老年白内障手术护理中的效果分析

目的 探讨综合护理在眼科老年白内障手术护理中的效果。方法 选取2018年1～12月入我院眼科进行手术治疗的老年白内障患者92例作为本研究对象,并用信封法分为两组,对照组常规护理,研究组应用综合护理。对比两组患者的临床护理满意度、两组患者视力恢复效果以及对比两组患者术后的并发症发生状况。结果 研究组患者对护理服务态度、护理操作技能、护患沟通、健康宣教、术后康复指导5方面的护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P0.05);研究组视力恢复优良率高于对照组(P0.05);经护理干预,研究组患者眼压上升、角膜水肿的总发生几率比对照组低(P0.05)。结论 将综合护理干预应用至眼科老年白内障手术围术期的护理中,可有效提升患者视力恢复效果,还能提升患者护理满意度,利于减少患者术后并发症的发生几率,应用效果良好可考虑普及。

Analysis on the effect of comprehensive nursing in the surgical nursing of elderly cataract in department of ophthalmology

Objective To exploreze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the surgical nursing of elderly cataract in department of ophthalmology.Methods A total of 92 elderly cataract patients who were admitted to our hospital''s ophthalmology department for surgical treatment between January and December 2018 were selected as the object of this study.They were divided into two groups by the envelope method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing.The clinical nursing satisfaction,the visual recovery effect,and the postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction scores of patients in the study group on nursing service attitude,nursing operation skills,nurse-patient communication,health education and postoperative rehabilitation guidance were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of visual recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the total incidence of increased intraocular pressure and corneal edema in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of elderly cataract in the department of ophthalmology can effectively improve the patient''s vision recovery effect,and also improve the patient''s nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.It has good application results and its popularity can be considered.
