老年人结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除术应用的安全性及可行性分析

目的探究老年人结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除术应用的安全性及可行性分析。方法选取2016年8月～2019年8月我院收治的老年人结肠癌手术患者72例为研究对象,按照接诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组及对照组,每组36例。观察组实施完整结肠系膜切除术治疗,对照组应用传统结肠癌根治术治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、手术安全性情况及手术各项指标。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.44%高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.78%低于对照组的30.56%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的拔管、进食、排气时间,以及术中出血量均较优,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针对老年人结肠癌手术患者,采用完整结肠系膜切除术治疗,能够显著改善患者的生活质量,有极高的安全性,可取得极佳的治疗效果,为患者的早期康复和手术成功奠定了基础,加快患者康复速度,具有临床应用价值。

Safety and feasibility of complete mesocolonectomy in surgical treatment of elderly colon cancer

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of the application of complete mesocolonectomy in the surgical treatment of colon cancer in the elderly patients.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients who were given the surgery of colon cancer from August 2016 to August 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the odd or even number of the admission order,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was given complete mesocolonectomy,and the control group was given conventional radical surgery for colon cancer.The clinical efficacy,safety and operation indexes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of 69.44% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications was 2.78%,which was lower than that of 30.56% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of extubation,feeding,and gas exhaust,and intraoperative blood loss were better in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients undergoing colon cancer surgery,the application of complete mesocolonectomy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,has extremely high safety,and achieves excellent treatment results.It lays the foundation for the patient''s early frontal rehabilitation and surgery success,accelerates the patient''s recovery,and has a clinical application value.
