护理风险管理在普外病区手术患者安全管理中的应用效果

目的 探讨护理风险管理在普外病区手术患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法 选取南昌大学第三附属医院普外科病区2018年2月～2019年3月收治的120例手术患者作为研究对象,按照不同的护理措施分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理风险管理,比较两组护理不良事件发生率、患者投诉率、护理安全质量合格率、护理满意度。结果 观察组不良事件发生率、患者投诉率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组护理安全质量合格率、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 护理风险管理用于普外病区手术患者安全管理中,既可减少不良事件发生率及患者投诉率,又能提高护理安全质量合格率及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of nursing risk management on the safety management of general surgery ward patients

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in the safety management of general surgery ward patients.Methods 120 surgical patients admitted in the general surgery ward of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to different nursing measures,they were divided into control group(n=60) and observation group(n=60).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing risk management.The incidence of adverse events,complaints rate,qualified rate of nursing safety and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events and patients'' complaints in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of nursing safety and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can not only reduce the incidence of adverse events and patients''complaints,but also improve the qualified rate of nursing safety quality and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
