ABVS联合手动超声在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别诊断中的价值

目的探讨ABVS联合手动超声在乳腺病灶良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院收治的,经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的乳腺疾病患者99例共128个病灶行ABVS联合手动超声检查。绘制ABVS联合手动超声鉴别乳腺病灶良恶性的操作者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算ABVS联合手动超声诊断乳腺病灶良恶性的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、曲线下面积。结果99例患者128个病灶中良性病灶54个,恶性病灶74个;ABVS联合手动超声诊断乳腺病灶良恶性的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、曲线下面积分别为89.90%、77.9.%、83.50%、0.838。结论ABVS联合手动超声具有提高乳腺良恶性病灶诊断效能的潜在价值。

The Value of ABVS Combined With HHUS in Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Lesions

Objective To investigate the value of ABVS combined with HHUS in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods Totally 128 breast lesions from 99 patients underwent ABVS combined with HHUS examinations,using postoperative or biopsy pathology as golden standard.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and area under the curve of ABVS combined with HHUS were calculated separately.Results There were 54 benign breast lesions and 74 malignant lesions.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and area under the curve of ABVS combined with HHUS were 89.90%,77.9%,83.50%and 0.838 respectively.Conclusions ABVS combined with HHUS has the potential value in improving the diagnostic efficacy of benign and malignant breast lesions.
