摘    要:目的本研究旨在通过探讨签约居民的人口特征,从而为进一步推进覆盖签约人口、针对签约服务提供建议。方法在上海市某区开展现场调查,采集有效调查问卷1818份。通过签约与未签约居民的比较,识别签约居民的人口特征。结果调查区域内签约率逐年增长,已在2017年突破了30.00%的签约率瓶颈。签约居民中的老年人(34.29%)、已婚(89.37%)、本区户籍(93.36%)、低受教育程度(4.75%)和中等收入人群(44.74%)的签约率显著高于未签约居民。结论应当进一步针对中青年人群、较高社会经济地位人群推进签约工作,以需求为导向提供全方位、全生命周期的签约服务。

Analysis on the Residents Contracted with Family Doctor Status and Demographic Characteristics for Contracted Residents

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide suggestions for further promoting the coverage of contracted population and providing targeted contracting services by exploring the demographic characteristics of contracted residents.METHODS On-site investigations were conducted in a certain district of Shanghai to collect 1818 valid questionnaires.Identifying the demographic characteristics of contracted residents by comparing contracted and unsigned residents.RESULTS The signing rate in the survey area has increased year by year,and it had broken the 30%contract rate bottleneck in 2017.The signing rates of the elderly(34.29%),married(89.37%),household registration(93.36%),low education level(4.75%)and middle-income group(44.74%)among the signatory residents were significantly higher than that of the unsigned residents.CONCLUSION The contracting work should be further promoted for young and middle-aged people and those with higher socioeconomic status,and a full-scale,life-cycle contracting service should be provided in a demand-oriented manner.
