加味滋癸方治疗肝郁肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降的效果及对血清性激素和窦卵泡数的影响

目的应用加味滋癸方治疗肝郁肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)患者,观察其临床疗效及对血清性激素和窦卵泡数的影响。方法选取2016年10月-2018年10月于永康市妇幼保健院治疗的100例肝郁肾虚型DOR患者为研究对象,按随机数字表将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组各50例,对照组口服补佳乐和黄体酮治疗,观察组在此基础上给予加味滋癸方治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医症候积分、血清性激素水平和窦卵泡数。结果两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血清性激素水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者窦卵泡数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后,两组患者窦卵泡数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论加味滋癸方治疗肝郁肾虚型DOR能显著改善患者卵巢功能,疗效较好。

Effect of Jiawei Zigui recipe in treatment of diminished ovarian reserve of hepatic stagnation and renal deficiency type and the impact on serum sex hormones and antral follicle count

Objective To treat the patients with diminished ovarian reserve of hepatic stagnation and renal deficiency type by Jiawei Zigui recipe,observe clinical effect and the impact on serum sex hormones and antral follicle count. Methods A total of 100 patients with diminished ovarian reserve of hepatic stagnation and renal deficiency type treated in Yongkang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,50 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by oral administration of progynova and progesterone. On this basis,the patients in observation group were treated by Jiawei Zigui recipe. The clinical effects,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,the levels of serum sex hormones,and antral follicle counts in the two groups were observed. Results There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups( P<0. 05). In the two groups,there were statistically significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and the levels of serum sex hormones between before and after treatment( P< 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in antral follicle count between the two groups( P> 0. 05);after treatment,there was statistically significant difference in antral follicle count between the two groups( P<0. 05). The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were 16. 00% and 20. 00%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference( P> 0. 05). Conclusion Jiawei Zigui recipe can significantly improve ovarian function of patients with diminished ovarian reserve of hepatic stagnation and renal deficiency type,the efficacy is good.
