氯吡格雷对急性心绞痛患者疗效及血清学指标的影响

目的 研究氯吡格雷用于急性心绞痛中的价值及对血清学指标的影响。方法 选取2018年6月～2019年5月我院收治的急性心绞痛患者98例为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分成研究组和对照组,每组各49例,研究组选择氯吡格雷,对照组选择常规治疗,比较两组治疗结果。结果 干预前两组的透明质酸(HA)、IV型胶原(IV-C)、层粘蛋白(LN)水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),干预后研究组各指标均低于对照组(P0.05)。研究组总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组79.59%(P0.05)。干预前两组的乳酸脱氢酶、收缩压及舒张压水平相比无意义(P0.05),干预后研究组各指标水平均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 氯吡格雷运用于急性心绞痛中效果显著,促进血清学指标水平恢复,快速改善相关指标及病情,提升治疗效果。

The influence on efficacy and serum indexes of clopidogrel for patients with acute angina

Objective To study the value of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute angina and its effect on serological indexes.Methods 98 patients in our hospital between June 2018 and May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group using random table method,with 49 cases in each group.The study group received clopidogrel,while the control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The differences of levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),IV collagen(IV-C)and laminin(LN)in the two groups before intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 91.84%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.59%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the levels of each index in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel is effective in the treatment of acute angina.It can promote the recovery of serum indexes,improve the related indexes and conditions quickly,and improve the treatment effect.
