Establishment of harmonious relationship between hospital culture and library construction and interactive development trend

Through analyzing the connotation construction of hospital culture and hospital library,fully demonstrating the self-construction,interactive relationship and development law between the two,and creating the long-term mechanism for people-oriented hospital culture construction are the important connotation of hospital development and survival.This paper discusses how to use the collection culture of the hospital library to build the spiritual culture of the hospital,and how to actively build the harmonious relationship and interactive construction between the two,which is an important factor and development trend to promote the construction of hospital culture.
