黄芩苷对糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝大鼠血脂和肝功能的影响观察

摘    要:目的探讨黄芩苷对糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝大鼠血脂和肝功能的影响。方法选择Wistar大鼠30只作为研究对象。顺应性喂养3 d后,再给予高脂饲料喂养5周,腹腔小剂量注射链脲佐菌素造模。造模成功后,采取随机数字表法,将大鼠分为单纯模型组与黄芩苷组,各15只。单纯模型组给予生理盐水灌胃。黄芩苷组将黄芩苷融入生理盐水中灌胃。连续干预12周。从大鼠血糖、体重、肝湿重、血脂和肝功能指标等方面,比较治疗效果。结果黄芩苷组大鼠体重和肝湿重小于单纯模型组,TC、TG和LDL-C检测结果低于单纯模型组,HDL-C检测结果高于单纯模型组,ALT和AST检测结果低于单纯模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论黄芩苷具有改善糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝大鼠血脂和肝功能的作用和效果。

Effects of baicalin on blood lipid and liver function in diabetic rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of baicalin on blood lipid and liver function in diabetic rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods 30 Wistar rats were selected as study subjects.After 3 days of adaptive feeding,high-fat diet was given for another 5 weeks,and a small intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin was used for modeling.After successful modeling,the rats were divided into simple model group and baicalin group by using random number table method,with 15 rats in each group.The model group was gavaged with normal saline,while the baicalin group was gavaged with normal saline administered with baicalin.Both groups were continually intervened for 12 weeks.The therapeutic effects were compared in terms of blood glucose,body weight,liver wet weight,blood lipid,and liver function of rats.Results The weight and liver wet weight of the baicalin group were smaller than those of the simple model group,and the results of totalcholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were lower than those of the simple model group,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) test results were higher than those of the simple model group,and the alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) test results were lower than those of the simple model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baicalin can improve blood lipids and liver function in rats with diabetes and non-alcoholic fat liver.
