腹腔镜右半结肠切除术结合贝伐单抗治疗结肠癌的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响研究

目的 研究腹腔镜右半结肠切除术结合贝伐单抗治疗结肠癌的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年1～12月我院需行腹腔镜右半结肠切除术的结肠癌患者100例,随机分为对照组(n=50)和实验组(n=50)。对照组行腹腔镜右半结肠切除术,实验组在腹腔镜右半结肠切除术后28 d联合贝伐单抗化疗,比较两组的IL-6、IL-17、术后局部复发率、远处转移率、3年累积生存率、无瘤生存率。结果 实验组的术后局部复发率、远处转移率均明显低于对照组,IL-6、IL-17水平也均明显低于对照组,生活质量评分、3年累积生存率、无瘤生存率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌术后,使用贝伐单抗化疗对最终疗效和生活质量有明显改善作用。

Study on the curative effect of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy combined with bevacizumab in the treatment of colon cancer and its effect on patients'' quality of life

Objective To study the efficacy of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy combined with bevacizumab in the treatment of colon cancer and its effects on patients'' quality of life.Methods From January 2015 to December 2015,100 patients with colon cancer who were given laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=50).The control group was given laparoscopic right hemicolectomy alone,and the experimental group was further given bevacizumab for chemotherapy 28 days after laparoscopic right hemicolectomy.The IL-6,IL-17,postoperative local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate,3-year cumulative survival rate,and tumor-free survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.IL-6 and IL-17 levels were also significantly lower than those in the control group.The quality of life score,three-year cumulative survival rate,and tumor-free survival rate were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic right hemicolectomy for colon cancer,the use of bevacizumab for chemotherapy can significantly improve the final efficacy and quality of life.
