直丝弓矫治加颌垫矫治恒前牙反颌的临床疗效评价

目的分析直丝弓矫治加颌垫矫治恒前牙反颌的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月～2019年10月我院收治的恒前牙反颌患者40例作为观察对象,予直丝弓矫治加颌垫矫治,分析和观察患者的治疗效果。结果患者治疗后下颌突缩程度与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);患者治疗后下颌长度、下颌体陡度、下颌骨相对颅部的前后位置关系、上颌长度、面部生长方向及高度、上颌骨相对颅部的前后位置关系、上下颌骨相对颅部的前后位置关系、下颌中切牙角观察指标及上颌中切牙角观察指标与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论恒前牙反颌的患者使用直丝弓矫治加颌垫矫治,矫正效果显著,能够有效改善患者的反颌状态,恢复患者口腔功能及侧貌美观。

Evaluation of the clinical effect of straight wire arch and jaw pad for correction of permanent anterior teeth reverse jaw

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of straight wire arch and jaw pads for correction of permanent anterior teeth reverse jaw.Methods A total of 40 patients with permanent anterior teeth reverse jaw admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation object.And the patients were given straight wire arch and jaw pad correction.The treatment effect of the patients was analyzed and observed.Results The degree of mandibular protrusion after treatment were not significantly different from those before treatment (P>0.05).There is a significant difference in the length of the mandible,the steepness of the mandibular body,the anteroposterior position of the mandible relative to the skull,the length of the maxilla,the direction and height of facial growth,the anteroposterior position of the maxilla relative to the skull,the anteroposterior position of the mandible and maxilla relative to the skull,and the observation index of the mandibular central incisor angle and the maxillary central incisor angle before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of straight wire arch and jaw pads for correction of permanent anterior teeth reverse jaw in patients with permanent anterior teeth reverse jaws has significant correction effect,which can effectively improve the patient''s reverse jaw state and restore the patient''s oral function and side aesthetic appearance.
