同期输尿管镜下输尿管结石手术及肾结石手术治疗双侧上尿路结石患者的临床疗效

目的探讨双侧上尿路结石患者同期输尿管镜疗效,旨在为临床治疗双侧上尿路结石患者提供经验。方法选取84例2015年9月～2017年7月我院收治的双侧上尿路结石患者,采取随机数表法将患者分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者行常规的输尿管结石手术及肾结石手术,实验组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上增加输尿管镜进行手术,比较两组患者的一般资料、术后住院时间、手术时间、并发症、总体清石率等数据。结果实验组患者在术前置管、术后住院时间、手术时间数据均小于对照组,两组数据比较有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组患者的总体清石率为72.92%(35/48),实验组患者的总体清石率97.22%(35/36),两组患者在总体清石率的数据差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组患者与对照组患者的总并发症发生率分别为11.11%、12.50%,两组数据比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论同期输尿管镜下治疗双侧上尿路结石患者的疗效显著,总体清石率高,值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of simultaneous ureteroscopic ureteral calculi surgery and renal calculi surgery in patients with bilateral upper urinary stone

Objective To investigate the curative effect of simultaneous ureteroscopy in patients with bilateral upper urinary tract stones in order to provide experience for the clinical treatment of patients with bilateral upper urinary tract stones.Methods 84 patients with bilateral upper urinary calculi admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group by method of random number table.The patients in the control group underwent routine ureteral calculi surgery and renal calculi surgery.The patients in the experimental group increased the ureteroscopy on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The general information,postoperative hospital stay,operation time,complications,overall stone-free rate and indicators between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The preoperative tube,postoperative hospital stay,and operation time in the experimental group were all less than those of the control group,and the data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall stone-free rate in the control group and experimental group was 72.92%(35/48)and 97.22%(35/36),respectively.The difference in the overall clearing stone rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rates of the experimental group and the control group were 11.11% and 12.50%,respectively.There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous ureteroscopy has a significant effect on patients with bilateral upper urinary tract stones,with a high overall stone-free rate which is worthy of clinical promotion.
