眼针疗法对脑卒中偏瘫下肢痉挛患者痉挛状态的影响

目的 观察眼针疗法对脑血管病偏瘫下肢痉挛患者下肢痉挛程度、下肢运动功能、生存质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月～2019年1月在杭州市中医院就诊的112例脑卒中后偏瘫下肢痉挛患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组56例,两组均运用康复治疗技术,对照组采用拮抗肌针刺疗法,研究组在对照组基础上加用眼针疗法,每次均留针30 min,每日1次,每周5次,治疗4周。分别观察记录两组患者治疗前后CSI指数、下肢FMA评分、SSQOL生存质量评分及不良反应。结果 治疗后两组患者的CSI指数、下肢FMA评分、SSQOL评分均较治疗前有显著性差异(P0.05);研究组CSI指数、SSQOL评分较对照组有显著性差异(P0.05),两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 眼针疗法能有效改善脑卒中后偏瘫下肢痉挛患者下肢痉挛、下肢运动功能以及生存质量。

Effect of eye acupuncture therapy on spasticity of patients with lower limb spasm due to cerebral stroke hemiplegia

Objective To observe the effect of eye acupuncture on the lower limb spasm degree,lower limb motor function and quality of life of the patients with lower limb spasm due to cerebral stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 112 patients with lower limb spasm due to cerebral stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 56 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with rehabilitation techniques.The control group was treated with antagonistic acupuncture and the study group was treated with additional eye acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Each time,the needle was kept for 30 minutes,once a day,5 times per week,for 4 weeks.The CSI indices,lower limb FMA scores,SSQOL quality of life scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the CSI indices,lower limb FMA scores and SSQOL scores of both groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the CSI index and SSQOL score of the study group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).No Serious adverse reactions occured in both groups.Conclusion Eye acupuncture can effectively improve the lower limb spasm,lower limb motor function and quality of life of the patients with lower limb spasm due to cerebral stroke hemiplegia.
