老年疝气患者行腹腔镜治疗围术期护理作用观察

目的 探讨老年疝气患者行腹腔镜治疗围术期护理的作用。方法 选择本院2017年4月～2019年7月治疗的70例老年疝气患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行腹腔镜手术治疗,根据不同的护理方法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组35例,对照组接受常规围术期护理干预,研究组接受优质的围术期护理干预。比较两组患者的抑郁评分、焦虑评分、并发症发生率与满意率。结果 研究组护理后抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组(9.41±2.96)分比(15.66±3.20)分,(5.59±1.16)分比(10.63±2.12)分,P0.05]。研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(2.86%比17.14%,P0.05);研究组护理满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(94.29%比77.14%,P0.05)。结论 在老年疝气患者腹腔镜治疗中实施围术期护理可有效降低患者并发症发生率,改善不良情绪,提高护理满意度。

Observation of the effect of perioperative nursing of laparoscopy in elderly patients with hernia

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing of laparoscopy in elderly patients with hernia.Methods 70 elderly patients with hernia treated in our hospital from April 2017 to July 2019 were selected as research subjects.All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.They were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the study group received high-quality perioperative nursing intervention.The depression score,anxiety score,complication rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The depression and anxiety scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(9.41±2.96) points vs(15.66±3.20) points,(5.59±1.16) points vs (10.63±2.12) points,P<0.05].The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(2.86% vs 17.14%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(94.29% vs 77.14%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative nursing for laparoscopy in elderly patients with hernia can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve negative emotions and nursing satisfaction.
