产妇产后不良情绪与社会经济地位的相关性研究

目的分析产妇产后不良情绪(过度压力、焦虑和抑郁)的发生与社会经济地位间的相关性,为预防和干预产妇产后不良情绪提供一定的理论支持和建议。方法采用便利抽样法抽取产妇223名进行自填问卷调查,不良情绪的测量采用"抑郁-焦虑-压力"量表中文精简版(DASS-21),社会经济地位包括职业、受教育程度和经济收入三个方面。用Epidata 3.0建立数据库,使用SPSS 23.0进行统计分析。结论产妇产后不良情绪的发生率普遍较高,且与社会经济地位具有一定相关性,但并非单一线性的"社会经济地位越高,不良情绪发生率越低",其影响因素是多元化的。对此,在社会宏观层面与地方系统层面均需进行调控和干预。

Correlation Between Maternal Postpartum Adverse Emotions and Socioeconomic Status

OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between maternal postpartum adverse emotions(excessive stress, anxiety, depression)and socioeconomic status, and provide some theoretical support and suggestions for prevention and intervention of postpartum adverse emotions. METHODS A self-administered questionnaire was selected by convenient sampling method for 223 women. The measurement of adverse emotions was based on the Depression-Anxiety-Pressure Scale Chinese Version(DASS-21). The socioeconomic status includes occupation, education level and economic income. The database was built with Epidata3.0 and SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis. CONCLUSION The incidence of postpartum adverse emotions is generally high, and it has a certain correlation with socioeconomic status, but it is not a single linear "the higher the socioeconomic status, the lower the incidence of adverse emotions", and the influencing factors are diversification. In this regard, both the social macro level and the local system level need to be regulated and intervened.
