通江县成年居民高血压患病现状及其危险因素分析

目的了解通江县成年居民高血压患病情况及其影响因素。方法采取分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取3 600名通江县18岁及以上常住居民进行问卷调查和血压测量。采用患病率、构成比等指标分析患病现状,应用χ~2检验进行差异性比较,利用logistic回归进行危险因素分析。结果调查居民总体高血压患病率为27.21%,在年龄、文化程度和婚姻状况方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);单因素分析结果表明:年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、吸烟行为、饮酒行为、膳食行为、锻炼行为和高血压家族史均是高血压患病的危险因素(P<0.05);logistic回归结果表明,性别、年龄、文化程度、锻炼行为和高血家族史是高血压患病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论通江县成年居民高血压患病率仍处于较高水平,应针对危险因素采取相应的干预措施,以期从一级预防方面降低高血压患病水平。

Prevalence and Risk Factors of Hypertension among Adult Residents in Tongjiang County

OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension among adult residents in Tongjiang County.METHODS A total of 3 600 residents over 18 years old were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method forquestionnaire survey and blood pressure measurement. Prevalence rate, composition ratio and other indicators were used to analyze thecurrent situation of hypertension. Chi-square test was used to compare the differences, and logistic regression was used to analyze therisk factors. RESULTS The prevalence of hypertension was 27.21%, there were significant differences in age, educational level, andmarital status(P<0.01). Chi-square test showed that age, educational level, marital status, smoking behavior, drinking behavior, dietarybehavior, exercise behavior and family history of hypertension were all risk factors for hypertension(P<0.05). Logistic regression analy-sis showed that gender, age, educational level, exercise behavior and family history of hypertension were risk factors for hypertension(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The prevalence of hypertension among adult residents in Tongjiang County is still at a high level, and corre-sponding interventions should be given in order to reduce the prevalence of hypertension from primary prevention.
