钼靶引导立体定位乳腺隐匿性病灶精准切除384例分析

目的探讨乳腺钼靶引导下导丝立体定位技术在乳腺隐匿性病灶精准切除活检中的临床意义及应用推广价值。方法回顾性研究2016年8月～2019年12月行钼靶引导下导丝定位活检的384例病例,分析其临床资料及病理特征。结果 384例病例均一次定位成功,其中乳腺癌52例(13.5%),其中乳腺导管内癌37例,导管内癌为主的浸润性导管癌3例,浸润性导管癌10例,浸润性小叶癌1例,小管癌1例;癌前病变113例(29.4%);其他良性病变219例(57.0%)。结论钼靶引导立体定位活检定位准确,操作简单,尤其对早期乳腺癌的检出具有重要临床意义,值得推广。

Analysis on 384 cases of accurate resection of stereo positioning breast occult lesions guided by molybdenum target

Objective To investigate the clinical significance and application promotion value of molybdenum target guided wire stereo positioning technology in accurate resection and biopsy of breast occult lesions.Methods A retrospective research was conducted on 384 cases of molybdenum target guided wire biopsy from August 2016 to December 2019,and their clinical data and pathological features were analyzed.Results All 384 cases were successfully located at one time,in which 52 cases(13.5%)of breast cancer were included.37 cases of the breast cancer were ductal carcinoma in situ.Meanwhile,there were 3 cases of mainly intraductal invasive ductal carcinoma,10 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma,1 case of invasive lobular carcinoma and 1 case of tubular carcinoma.There were 113 cases (29.4%) were precancerous lesions,and 219 cases(57.0%) were other benign lesions.Conclusion Molybdenum target guided stereo positioning biopsy is accurate and easy to be operated,especially significant for the detection of early breast cancer,which is worth promotion.
