肾消方颗粒剂对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效观察

目的探讨肾消方颗粒剂对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法选择2019年1～12月在我院诊断治疗的糖尿病肾病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用肾消方颗粒剂治疗。比较两组治疗后肾功能、血糖水平、中医证候积分及中医证候临床疗效。结果 (1)治疗后,两组BUN、Scr以及24 h尿蛋白定量较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组BUN、Scr、24 h尿蛋白定量水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c水平较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(3)治疗后两组中医证候积分较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(4)观察组显效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肾消方颗粒剂治疗糖尿病肾病可显著改善患者肾功能,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation of Shenxiaofang granules on patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenxiaofang granules on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).Both groups were given conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenxiaofang granules on this basis.The renal function,blood glucose level,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results (1)After treatment,BUN,Scr and 24 h urine protein in the two groups decreased significantly compared with the baseline,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbA1c in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those at baseline,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those at baseline,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The significant efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenxiaofang granules can significantly improve renal function and clinical efficacy of patients with diabetic nephropathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
