医院信息化的相关软硬件系统改良的思考

医院信息系统(Hospital information system,HIS)通过依托物联网平台,将医疗环境中人流、物流、财流等多方信息整合加工共享,从而实现医院自动化管理,是现代公共卫生事业发展中必不可少的一环。传统医院信息系统存在耗时费力成本大等弊端,新型冠状肺炎的防治过程中更加凸显升级医院信息化程度在降低院内交叉感染,提升诊疗安全与效率方面的重要性和必要性。本文将总结相关文献,分别从数据信息唯一化和无纸化管理,药品器械传输管理,患者信息汇总的物联网化方式以及出院患者的追踪监测手段等四个方面可行的改良举措进行概述。优化医院信息化系统将完善患者医疗信息,同时完善医疗体系,保障医疗安全与效率。

Reflection on the improvement of software and hardware systems related to hospital informatization

Relying on the platforms of the Internet of Things(IOT),hospital information system (HIS) integrates,processes and shares the multi-party information of human flow,logistics and financial flow in the medical environment to realize automatic management of the hospital,which is an indispensable part in the development of modern public health.Traditional HIS is time-consuming and laborious and costly.In the prevention and treatment of Covid-19,the importance and necessity of upgrading hospital informatization level in reducing the cross infection in hospital and improving the safety and efficiency of diagnosis and treatment were highlighted.This paper will summarize the relevant literature and make an overview of feasible improvement measures from four perspectives:uniqueness and paperless management of data information,drug and device transmission management,IOT mode of patient information summary,and means of tracking and monitoring discharged patients.The optimization of hospital informatization system will improve patients''medical information,perfect medical system and ensure medical safety and efficiency.
