低强度激光照射联合中药治疗对高血压性眼底病患者血液流变学指标的影响

目的探讨低强度激光照射联合中药治疗对高血压性眼底病患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2017年9月～2018年8月我院收治的高血压性眼底病患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用低强度激光照射治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗,比较两组患者视力恢复情况及对血液流变学指标的影响。结果两组治疗前BCVA无明显差异(P0.05),治疗后不同时间段研究组BCVA均显著高于对照组(P0.05),研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05),研究组血液黏度、红细胞变形指数及血小板聚集指数均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论在高血压性眼底病的治疗过程中,低强度激光照射联合中药治疗取得了理想的治疗效果,其有利于患者视力的恢复,对治疗的安全性也有所保障,临床上可进一步推广使用。

Effect of low-intensity laser irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine on hemorheology in patients with hypertensive fundus disease

Objective To investigate the effect of low-intensity laser irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine on hemorheology in patients with hypertensive fundus diseases.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive fundus disease admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group,The control group was treated with low-intensity laser irradiation,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The recovery of visual acuity between the two groups of patients and the impact on hemorheology indicators was compared.Results There was no significant difference in BCVA between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The BCVA of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at different time points after treatment (P<0.05).The probability of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The blood viscosity,red blood cell deformation index and platelet aggregation index of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hypertensive fundus diseases,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment combined with low-intensity laser irradiation achieves the ideal therapeutic effect,which is conducive to the recovery of visual acuity and can ensure the safety of treatment.It can be further promoted clinically.
