家庭管理干预对0～6岁癫痫患儿家庭管理水平的影响

目的分析予以0～6岁癫痫患儿家庭管理干预对其家庭管理水平的影响。方法采用分层抽样法抽选2018年1～12月我院100例0～6岁癫痫患儿家庭纳入本次实验,并采用均等双盲划分法将其中50个家庭纳入对照组(除常规治疗外加以常规管理),剩余50个家庭纳入观察组(除常规治疗外加以家庭管理干预),比较两组干预前后的家庭功能以及生活质量评分情况。结果两组干预前的家庭功能各维度及生活质量评分对比无意义(P0.05);干预后6个月,观察组的行为控制、情感介入、情感反应、角色、沟通、问题解决及总的功能维度评分分别为(20.35±1.36)分、(15.02±1.65)分、(11.14±1.95)、(23.14±2.17)分、(18.89±2.05)分、(11.26±1.52)分、(26.25±3.14)分,较对照组更低,生活质量评分为(71.25±5.12)分,较对照组的(67.15±4.68)分更高,差异显著(P0.05)。结论予以0～6岁癫痫患儿家庭管理干预能改善其家庭功能和生活质量,值得采用。

Effect of family management intervention on family management level of 0-6 year-old children with epilepsy

Objective To analyze the effect of family management intervention on the family management level of 0-6 year-old children with epilepsy.Methods One hundred families with 0-6 year-old epileptic children in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected with stratified sampling and enrolled into the trial.Fifty families were included in the control group(conventional treatment combined with conventional management)and the remaining fifty families were included in the observation group(conventional treatment combined with family management intervention)using the equal double-blind method.The family function and quality of life scores before and after the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results It was found that there was no significance in the dimensions of family function and the quality of life score before the intervention between the two groups(P>0.05);6 months after the intervention,the scores of behavioral control,affective involvement,affective reaction,role,communication,problem solving and overall functional dimension in the observation group were[(20.35±1.36),(15.02±1.65),(11.14±1.95),(23.14±2.17),(18.89±2.05),(11.26±1.52),and(26.25±3.14)]respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score in the observation group(71.25±5.12)was higher than that in the control group(67.15±4.68),with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Family management intervention can improve the family function and quality of life in families with 0-6 year-old epileptic children,which is worthy of application.
