酒石酸美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效

目的探讨酒石酸美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2018年3月～2019年3月收治的66例患者,在保证随机、合理、公正的前提下,将66例患者分为对照组和研究组,各33例,对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者接受酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者治疗后LVESd(左室收缩末内径)、LVEF(左室射血分数)、LVEDd(左室舒张末期内径)血压水平及心率情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的LVESd、LVEF、LVEDd、收缩压、舒张压及心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组LVESd、LVEDd、收缩压、舒张压及心率明显低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论酒石酸美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病,能有效改善患者的心功能,降低心肌损伤,值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 66 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.66 patients were divided into control group and study group under the premise of ensuring randomness,reasonableness and fairness,with 33 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received metoprolol tartrate treatment.The LVESd(left ventricular end-systolic diameter),LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction),LVEDd(left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter),blood pressure levels and heart rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in LVESd,LVEF,LVEDd,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate data between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVESd,LVEDd,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the group were lower than those in the control group,the LEVF was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy can effectively improve the heart function and reduce the myocardial damage.This treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
